Inventor's Cache

Do you fancy yourself the creative sort? Where others see a cloud, do you see Chairman Mou and John Lennon sipping tulip wine? If you do, you should be examined. Regardless, this contest involves you taking the pictures from this package and making the most creative, fun, mini game out of them. The only catch is that the purpose of the game has to be to destroy one of the images. Remember, no other outside graphics! Good luck!

Before we begin I'd just like to point out the pitifully few entries I recieved. It seems you are all a lot of sad trend dwellers that will only join contests if contests are the current fad. Notice how all my contestants here are noted for their rich unqiue spirits and they aren't a bunch of sorry soddy losers that only enter contests if everyone else is or Chris puts news about it on the main page. Yes, I hope you all feel very bad now.

1. Bucket Attacks:
This here is just a spiffy game. Xorlak had no idea what a school bus was, but we won't hold that against him as he managed to craft a simplisitic little catch and shoot game that has some great little features such as timed game play and scaled graphics. It was also the most crisp and smooth mini-game I recieved, as well as the most addicting thanks to its time limit and its ever present drive to eclipse your high schore. Hats off to Xorlak for finding the free time to whip up this entry. He of course gets yet another award to add to his bursting trophy case as well as a mention on the front page of El Shizzacko. Like you didn't already know, he also gets to tell you that he's a wonderful coder and better than you out there that didn't bother competing (for shame)! Congratulations!

2. Bus Driver: Sliding in for the silver we have John and Allan from Aljo Productions crafting up this neat little bus driving game. Highlights include the ability to run over small annoying children (I pretended they were small annoying children anyway), a cool scrolling bus driving mode, and of course the single best thing from all these entries: the ability to be driving a school bus at 55mph. Woo-hoo! A solid effort and well deserving of its place.

Grogger.prg
3. Grogger: Grey_Havoc chips in his efforts here with a wink wink nudge nudge nod to an old favorite. You have to navigate around some raging school buses to grab a bucket. This here has the distinction of being the hardest game out of the lot, and it takes some excellent timing to get across without a splat. Still a very nice effort even though the gameplay is a bit boggy.

Honorable Mentions (in no particular order, kind of):

This could've been your name here, you know.
